Costa Rica Sun Tours (CRST) is pleased to introduce their Pura Vida Arrival Service, a personalized welcome experience provided in collaboration with their partners inside Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO). This service ensures a seamless arrival by providing dedicated assistance through immigration, baggage claim, and customs, ultimately escorting guests directly to their waiting driver. This service is included for all Costa Rica Sun Tours bookings.
How the Service Works
Upon arrival at SJO International Airport, your clients can expect the following:

Initial Meeting Point: After exiting the aircraft and reaching the immigration hall, guests should look for our staff holding a welcome sign with their name. They will be located right near the entrance, next to the “VISITORS” sign.

Identification: CRST airport staff partners will provide a Pura Vida sticker, which guests should wear until they have exited the airport.

Secondary Meeting Point: Should travelers miss the first point of contact, a second team will be waiting at baggage claim #2 to assist them.

Customs & Exit: After collecting their luggage, clients will be guided through customs to the terminal exit.

Driver Connection: Outside the terminal, clients locate their driver (who will be holding a sign with the clients’ names) and escort them to their vehicle for their hotel transfer.
