Webinar: Namibia Deep Dive #2 – Central Highlands and the Erongo region

Ultimate Safaris’ Birgit Bekker second Namibia Deep Dive session is focused on the Central Highlands and the Erongo Mountains region to the north and northwest of Windhoek. This beautiful region of rolling hills, rugged mountains and wide valleys is where the desert, mountains, and bushveld meet. The area is generally considered to be commercial farmland, but many of these farms have now been converted into game reserves, as is the case at Okonjima, the home of the AfriCat Foundation. Venues in this region offer an ideal stopover when travelling between Windhoek and Etosha National Park to the north or when on the way to former Damaraland and the Kaokoveld in the north west.
