At Albatros Travel East Africa, we do things differently. We know everyone says that, but we’re pretty certain that we do. With offices in both Arusha, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya, we operate as a true regional DMC. Our offices are small and for us, your clients are a name, not just a number. Along with our personalized service, we have impressive reach and buying power that translates in to truly special, high-value safaris for your clients. We also have the underwriting support of our parent company, Albatros Global. That makes us pretty unique.
Additionally, Albatros fulfills an often overlooked niche in the East Africa marketplace by operating FIT/custom safaris as well as high-quality, high-value scheduled group departures. We offer both driving safaris – we own our own vehicles and have talented guides on staff – and fly-in safaris in both Tanzania and Kenya. Albatros does not own any properties and as an FIT/tailor-made specialist, our focus is on designing unique safaris featuring a variety of properties, often a combination of independently owned camps/lodges, along with those from property groups, giving your clients a chance to see the very best of East Africa.
The Kusini Collection is proud to represent a group of like-minded businesses in Africa and Latin America, who believe in having a positive impact on our world. They collaborate with local communities and conservation organizations within their destinations with the belief that empowerment of people and place and being a voice for wildlife and natural areas will result in healthy ecosystems and communities. Here’s just a taste of what they are up to…
