Blooms, Birds, and Belly Full

The creative team at Todos Santo Eco Adventures (TSOEA) are often asked for gift ideas that agents can provide for their guests. As a take-home alternative to a bottle of wine or ice-cold bucket of beer in guests’ rooms – they have published three excellent books that are a marvelous memento. For $20 each, they are a lovely resource to have on hand while visiting, and to thumb through upon returning home (and they take very little room in luggage!).

You may know that the Baja peninsula is comprised of an amazing collection of diverse eco systems, and that TOSEA create adventures that allow visitors to explore – and help conserve – the oceans, deserts, mountains, islands, estuaries, dunes, coastlines and mangroves that support one of the most biodiverse places on the planet. This diversity inspired TOSEA to publish two of their books:

“Birding in Baja California Sur” is a photographic celebration of the fantastic array of birdlife (over 430 species have been spotted in BCS!) found in Baja and the diverse ecosystems that attract such feathered glory! Photographer Kaia Thomson, spent 12 years capturing this collection of over 140 photos.

“Baja Blooms, The Gardens of Los Colibris Casitas” highlights the incredible gardens of TOSEA’s own, Los Colibris Casitas in Todos Santos. These riotous and diverse gardens reflect the areas remarkably rich natural heritage and are a peaceful pleasure to explore or sit within.

Todos Santos Eco Adventures’ third publication, “Cooking Adventures in Baja California Sur” celebrates the talents of Chef Iker Algorri.
